About AIT Client Services

AIT Client Services offer a full complement of User Support services, including evaluating, ordering, maintenance and inventory tracking of software and hardware. We offer short-term rental options for laptops and projectors, a fully equipped training facility (and trainers, if needed) as well as user-friendly documentation. We have e-mail, phone and on-site support provided by a team of professional technicians, and offer extended office hours for the convenience of our clients.
Client Service Support Levels

  • Comprehensive Desktop Support (Local support provided by AIT):
    • Desktop support - Local support for PC hardware, Operating System, Office 2007
    • PC management - Maintain standard PC image, security patching for the PC Operating System, keep anti-virus definitions current & update local software when newer versions are available
    • File Server Storage - File Server access to save files in team and personal folders, Backup/Restore files saved on File Server
    • Training - Custom IT training, use of PC training lab
    • Equipment Loan - Reserve equipment for short term use such as laptop, projector, projector screen, digital camera, video camera
    • After hours support - Support for emergency PC issues during non-business hours


  • Direct Desktop Support (Local support provided by AIT):
    • Desktop support - local support for PC hardware, Operating System, Office 2007

  • Remote PC Management (Local Support provided by Department LSP):
    • PC management - Maintain standard PC image, security patching for the PC Operating System, keep anti-virus definitions current & update local software when newer versions are available
    • File Server Storage - File Server access to save files in team and personal folders, Backup/Restore files saved on File Server
